Periodically, a Biller may obtain a Bill Payer’s email address for communicating information regarding a Bill Payer’s bills. MCC will be certain that an email address will only be available to any specific Billers that a Bill Payer has made a payment for with eBill.

MCC employs a powerful 256-bit SSL certificate from Trustwave. We use a minimum 128-bit encryption between your web browser and their web server so that personal information can be transmitted over the Internet securely. This is your assurance that our site is authentic and that we're employing SSL security. You can check this security protection setting within your browser. Your account information and order history are kept behind our firewall on separate servers. All transaction information is processed under encrypted channels. In addition, access to your personal information is restricted within our company to provide maximum security.

Only authorized personnel at MCC are permitted to see your password. If you forget your password, you can receive a reminder via e-mail. Only authorized sales, customer service and accounting personnel are permitted access to your account information. Employees who violate our privacy pledge will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
